Aiyo Fitness
I teach two classes under the name "Aiyo Fitness." The name "Aiyo" means both joy and pain (depending on the culture). So, I believe "Aiyo Fitness" is appropriate as everybody experiences both the joys and pains of working out.
One class is called ENDURANCE, while the other class is called STRENGTH.
ENDURANCE
This is a high-intensity/high-impact fitness classes. These classes have music from all over the world and includes dance, cardio, strength, combat, and plyometric/power moves. Everybody of all fitness levels could participate as I will show low-impact and high-impact options. I have everybody from teenagers to senior citizens attend these classes.
STRENGTH
This is a high-intensity/low-impact strength-based class. The shorten version is only 15 minutes long, but it's so intense that 15 minutes is enough! This class involves light weights but HIGH repetition, including body-weight exercises. We'll focus on the core muscles (abdominals and lower back) as well as upper body muscles such as the chest, shoulders, arms, and upper back. This class is ideal for those who cannot participate in high-impact classes (where there's lots of jumping and running), but who still want to get a kick-butt workout.
